Efficient service and good product

5 stars, as usual for the quality….I have taken off 1 star due to the slight difficulty in returning one of the items( colour seemed different from the catalogue pictures)….apparently there is a new return procedure, requiring one to go online, rather than the easy traditional way of just affixing the return label and dropping off at the post office. I understand from the very helpful customer service lady that this new method gives the customer a wider choice of return methods; this is to be applauded, but I would still like the option of the traditional way. Please can this be a box to tick when ordering?
